Blake's site is built to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboards, and reduced-motion settings.

Our standard
The site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Every page is checked by automated accessibility testing in both light and dark color schemes before it is published, and a page that fails is not published.
What that means in practice
Every page works with JavaScript turned off. Every page can be navigated by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link. Text and background colors meet contrast minimums in both themes. Images carry descriptive alternative text. Motion is limited to short transitions and is switched off when your system asks for reduced motion. Forms have labels, and errors are announced to assistive technology.
Known limitations
Property photographs are described by their captions, which may not capture every detail of a room. The calculators are keyboard-operable but present results in tables that are easier to scan visually; each also has a plain-text summary.
