Who runs this site
This website is published for Blake Morgan, Real Estate Broker with john greene Realtor. The site is built and hosted by AgentFaro (agentfaro.com), which operates the technology on Blake's behalf and processes the information described below only for that purpose.
What the site collects
If you submit a contact or home-value form, the site sends the fields you typed (name, email, phone if given, your message or property address) together with the page you sent it from, your IP address and browser identifier to AgentFaro, which delivers it to Blake Morgan. That is the only personal information this site collects.
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Your color-theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your own browser's local storage and never leaves it.
How it is used
Form submissions are used to respond to you about buying or selling residential property and for no other purpose. Blake may keep your message in a customer relationship system to follow up. IP addresses and browser identifiers are used to block spam and abuse of the form.
Who it is shared with
Your submission is shared with Blake Morgan and with AgentFaro as the service provider that operates the form and email delivery. It is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers. If a transaction goes ahead, john greene Realtor handles your information under its own brokerage policies, which are separate from this site.
Retention
Form submissions are retained for as long as Blake has a business reason to keep them, and spam-control logs for a short rolling window. You can ask for a submission to be deleted at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
You can use every page of this site without submitting anything. You can ask what information the site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw from follow-up at any time by writing to blake.morgan@agentfaroteam.testinator.email. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws have the rights those laws provide; the site honors requests made through the contact below regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is intended for adults considering a real estate transaction and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
