Terms of Use
The ground rules for using blakemorganhomes.com. Plain language, no surprises.
Effective October 7, 2026.
What this site is
blakemorganhomes.com is the professional website of Blake Morgan, Real Estate Broker with John Greene, licensed in Illinois. It exists so you can learn about Blake's work, the neighborhoods served, and how to get in touch. By using it you agree to these terms.
Information, not advice
Neighborhood descriptions, market figures, calculators and guides on this site are general information. They are not legal, tax, lending or appraisal advice, and they are not an offer to buy or sell any property. Market figures show the source they came from wherever they appear; calculators show their assumptions. Confirm anything that matters to a decision with the relevant professional.
Property information
Properties shown on this site are transactions Blake represented, compiled as described on each listing page. Prices, dates and features are believed accurate at the time of publication and are not guaranteed.
Brokerage relationship
Nothing on this site creates an agency relationship. Representation begins only with a written agreement with John Greene. Fair housing applies to everything Blake does; see https://blakemorganhomes.com/fair-housing.
Content and intellectual property
Text, photographs and design on this site belong to Blake Morgan, John Greene, or AgentFaro, or are used with permission. You may link to any page. You may not copy the site, its photographs or its written content for republication without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the contact forms to send spam, marketing, or anything unlawful, and do not attempt to interfere with the site or its hosting. Submissions are rate-limited and filtered.
Links to other sites
Pages may link to third-party sites (public records, government resources, lenders). Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and this site is not responsible for their content.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Blake Morgan, John Greene and AgentFaro are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information on this site or from its unavailability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
