Copyright and Takedown
How to ask for something on blakemorganhomes.com to be corrected or removed, and what happens when you do.
Effective September 1, 2026.
What this site publishes
Listing photographs and descriptions are supplied through the MLS or by the owner of the listing and are shown under their display rules. Neighborhood and market guides are written for Blake from public sources, each of which is named on the page that uses it. Maps and place imagery carry the attribution of the service they came from.
If you own something shown here
If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice to blake.morgan.af.test@mailinator.com with "Takedown" in the subject line. Include the URL of the page, a description of the work you believe has been copied, your name and contact details, and a statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law. A notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) should also carry your physical or electronic signature and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
What happens next
AgentFaro, which operates the site for Blake, reviews every notice. Material that is the subject of a complete notice is removed or disabled promptly, and the site is rebuilt without it. If the material was supplied by a third party (an MLS feed, a listing owner, a data source) they are told about the notice so they can respond.
If you supplied material that was removed and believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the same identifying details; the material may be restored after the period the Act provides unless the original claimant files an action to restrain it.
Corrections that are not copyright claims
A wrong fact, an outdated figure, or a photo that should not be public is fixed on request: write to blake.morgan.af.test@mailinator.com or call (312) 555-0199 and name the page. Fair-housing concerns are handled under the Fair Housing page.
