Fair Housing
Blake Morgan and john greene Realtor support and follow the letter and spirit of the Fair Housing Act.
Effective September 1, 2026.
Equal Housing Opportunity
Everyone is welcome to buy, sell, rent, or finance housing with Blake's help, and every client receives the same professional service. Under the federal Fair Housing Act it is unlawful to discriminate in the sale, rental or financing of housing on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, familial status, disability.
Illinois law (the Illinois Human Rights Act) adds further protected classes, including ancestry, age, marital status, military status, order of protection status, pregnancy, unfavorable discharge from military service, source of income.
What this means on this site
Neighborhood pages describe housing stock, geography, amenities and market figures. They do not describe who lives in a place, characterize a neighborhood by the people in it, or rate schools as a proxy for anything. If a page ever reads otherwise, it is a mistake, and the contact below will fix it.
Blake does not steer clients toward or away from any area on the basis of a protected class and shows every property a client is qualified for and interested in.
Accessibility of housing
Buyers and renters with disabilities are entitled to reasonable accommodations in rules, policies and services, and to make reasonable modifications to a home. Ask and it will be part of the search from the start.
If you believe your rights were violated
You may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at hud.gov/fairhousing or by calling 1-800-669-9777, or with the Illinois Department of Human Rights (https://dhr.illinois.gov). You may also tell john greene Realtor directly.
