Forty-five closings, and the range they cover
Most agents describe themselves by price band. My closed business runs from a first condo to a near-million-dollar house, which tells you more about who I can actually represent.
These are the transactions recorded on my public agent profile, across my whole career. The closings shown further down this site are a recent sample of them, not the whole list.

A sale is the only claim in this business that can be checked. These are my recent transactions, with the side represented on each.

The neighborhoods I work in
Naperville
Naperville, IL 60540
Naperville, IL holds about 46,200 homes, 79% of them owner-occupied, with a median year built of 1988. This is my home market, and my office is on Route 59.
Lisle & Downers Grove
Lisle, IL 60532
Lisle & Downers Grove together cover about 28,400 homes, 74% of them owner-occupied, with a median year built of 1976. This is the corridor along the BNSF line east of Naperville, and I closed both my largest recent sale and a downtown-adjacent condo here in the same season.
Addison & Elmhurst
Elmhurst, IL 60101
Addison & Elmhurst together cover about 24,100 homes, 72% of them owner-occupied, with a median year built of 1968. This is northeast DuPage, the closest to the city of any market I work in.
Bolingbrook & Mokena
Bolingbrook, IL 60440
Bolingbrook & Mokena together cover about 26,800 homes, 77% of them owner-occupied, with a median year built of 1994. This is the southwest corridor, where Will County pricing still leaves room for first-time buyers and where two of the homes I represent are on the market right now.
Elgin & the Fox Valley
Elgin, IL 60124
Elgin & the Fox Valley together cover about 41,500 homes, 68% of them owner-occupied, with a median year built of 1985. Kane County along the Fox River is the northwest edge of my service area, and the market where a buyer's dollar goes furthest.
The neighborhood figures on this page are illustrative estimates, not verified MLS statistics. If you want real numbers for a specific street or property, ask me and I will pull the comparable sales.
What sellers and buyers say
Working with Blake Morgan was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! He was always quick to respond to all my questions — no matter the time — and his communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. Blake showed up to every showing we requested and went above and beyond to make both selling my home and purchasing a new one completely stress-free. He truly made what can often be a complicated and overwhelming process feel easy and seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and I will definitely be recommending Blake to all my friends, family, and future referrals. If you're looking for someone who's professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping you every step of the way, Blake Morgan is the one to call!
Blake was a phenomenal help! My husband and I were first time home buyers and Blake took us through the entire process with knowledge patience and kindness. He became the first and last person I'd txt every day and when I needed to see a house he made it happen. Would not have found our dream home without him!
My husband and I moved to IL from CA and we were so fortunate to find Blake. He made buying our new home here a smooth and fast transaction. He is very knowledable about the area, and real estate. We didn't have connections here and Blake helped us get everything going. I have never had a realtor who was so responsive and helpful before. Anyone who gets to use Blake for their realtor needs is very lucky!
The review worth reading in full
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Blake to buy our first home, and honestly can't imagine doing it without him. From the first showing it was obvious he lives and breathes Naperville real estate. Half the time he knew the ins and outs of a house before we even walked in.
Where he really shines is during showings. He checked foundations, crawled into the crawlspace, tracked down manufacturing dates on the furnace/water heater, took quick notes on everything— and spotted little things I wouldn't have even thought of. We'd ask a random question in the driveway and he'd circle back with an answer later, even ones we forgot we asked.
He was always available too. Late-night texts, early calls, weekend walk-throughs, endless “what ifs.” Never felt rushed or like we were bugging him—we always felt like his #1 priority.
Bottom line, Blake is hardworking, super knowledgeable, and actually cares. We can't recommend enough! Thanks Blake!
Four ways to work together
Buying a home
The elimination work happens before you get in the car. We start with your constraints, I build a shortlist worth your Saturday, and then I walk the house properly: crawlspace, furnace label, the things that cost money later.
Learn more →Selling your home
A pricing analysis built on what actually closed nearby, honest advice about which prep returns its cost and which doesn't, and a listing that reaches buyers where they're already searching.
Learn more →First-time buyers
Most of my five-star reviews come from people buying their first home. Lender introductions, plain language, and a pace that lets you ask me the same question twice without feeling like a nuisance.
Learn more →Relocating to the suburbs
Moving in from out of state with no local network? Video tours to rule houses out, orientation on schools and commutes, and one trip planned so you see the right five homes instead of twenty-five.
