Yes. I work in both English and Spanish, and you can choose either one for the whole transaction. That includes our first conversation, the showings, the offer, and the review of every document before you sign it.

How is a list price set when selling a home?
A list price starts with what comparable homes nearby have sold for. The size, condition, and features of your house then move the number up or down. The aim is a price that brings showings and offers once the home is listed.
What happens after an offer is accepted?
After acceptance, the inspection is scheduled and any repair requests are negotiated. The lender orders an appraisal and finishes the loan approval. The final step is a walkthrough of the house before the closing, where the keys change hands.
