Naperville runs from the walkable Riverwalk district and pre-war streets near downtown out to the 1990s-and-newer subdivisions south of 75th Street, split between District 203 and District 204 schools. Buyers come for the schools and the Metra line to Union Station, then find out the price spread between the north and south halves of town is wide enough to change the search.
