Serving as the central commercial hub of Chicago, the Loop is bordered by the Chicago River on the north and west, Roosevelt Road to the south, and Lake Michigan to the east. Housing consists almost entirely of high-rise condominiums and converted historic office towers. Multiple CTA elevated train lines converge here on an elevated loop.
The Loop sits inside Chicago, so the Chicago market report is the right read on prices and pace; the figures beside this are the town's, not the neighborhood's.
